Please keep in mind shipping times may be extended due to COVID19

 

Please note that we at SPOTLIGHT95 work diligently to get your products to you. 

 

SPOTLIGHT95 is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or the other shipping couriers we work with, especially during high volume seasons. Further, items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying shipping times per the item description and preorder policy.

 

Our business does not ship out products on the following days: Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. SPOTLIGHT95 will be unavailable for shipping on the following holidays:  Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day. Any orders placed on these days, or AFTER cut-off on the day before, will be dispatched the following business day. Please allow a few more days for delivery during this high volume season to avoid disappointment. We will continue to ensure your Spotlight95 order gets to you ASAP, however, we do appreciate your patience!

2. File police report 

3. Wait for USPS investigation results. Depending on results items may reship.

 

SPOTLIGHT95 IS IN NO WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A TRACKING NUMBER IS ISSUED. PLEASE PROOFREAD ALL YOUR SHIPPING INFORMATION BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE. CUSTOMER PAYS FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS IF ITEM NEEDS TO BE SENT BACK.
